MidYear Grad Fair

Midyear Grads get ready to graduate!! Attend the Midyear Grad Fair at the bookstore in the BSC.

November 6. 10:00am-5:30pm
November 7.  8:30am-4:00pm
November 8. 11:00am-3:00pm

Pick up your online cap & gown order  or purchase caps & gowns, announcements, class rings and diploma frames.   Other University departments will be on hand to assist you as well.

2nd Annual Halloween Bash

Continuing with the tradition started last year, about 15 CSOs will be collaborating to sponsor a halloween party for area kids.

It will take place on Friday, October 31st from 4-6pm in the Saint Louis Room of the BSC.

If your group would like to sponsor a stand, please email jenkskm@slu.edu by this afternoon (Monday, Oct 27) at 5pm.

Halloween Party at the Rec

Friday Oct. 31st from 9pm til 1am the Simon Rec Center will be the place to be.

Free pizza, free prizes, music, and plenty of fun! There will also be a costume contest…and candy!

It’s all part of OkSOBERfest!

1) Terra Ve is hosting another Farmers Market on Wednesday October 29th from 11:00am-2:00pm.

2) Griesedieck Resident Restaurant is hosting a Halloween Bash on Thursday October 30th 2008 from 11:00am-7:00pm.

Food Drive Kick-Off

The Food Drive, SLU’s student-led organization dedicated to fighting the hunger and poverty, is kicking-off this week.  The Food Drive, through planning events on campus and regular service outreach, seeks to raise money, food, and, most importantly, awareness of the effects of hunger.

Attend their first campus-wide meeting this Monday, October 27th, at 5:30 in the BSC 253.

“ALL are welcome, and we need your support to make a change in our community.”
