A Closer Look at Hunger

Many of us don’t know what it is to be truly hungry.

Part of the Living Justice Speaker Series, “The Face of Hunger – in our City, State, and World” will be Sunday, March 15th from Noon to 2 pm in the College Church Ballroom at St. Francis Xavier College Church.

A well-informed panel will be discussing hunger in St. Louis as well as the world. The speakers will explore the causes, interrelationships, and what concrete actions aevery one of a can take to address hunger locally and globally.

“Even though the economy is tight and many organizations may not have as many positions open as usual, they still have open positions.  The key as well is to get to know the organizations and maybe get a contact name so if there is not an ideal opening now, there may be one open as you approach graduation or beyond”
