Fr. Greg Boyle of Homeboy Industries Speaks in St. Louis on September 22

Fr. Greg Boyle, Jesuit and founder of Homeboy Industries in Los Angeles, will be speaking at St. Joan of Arc parish at 7 PM on Wednesday, September 22. St. Joan of Arc has graciously invited the SLU Community to come hear Fr. Boyle’s address.

Homeboy Industries is a youth program that Fr. Boyle founded in the early nineties in Los Angeles. It’s dedicated to providing at-risk youth and gang members basic services such as counseling, tutoring, and employment. In addition to case management services, Homeboy Industries administers several small businesses, which provide jobs to individuals who have difficulty finding employment, either as a result of a criminal record or a lack of marketable skills.
