Back on the Grill!

Update: Apparently Mother Nature isn’t a fan of good food. TGIF Grill Series will hopefully resume next Friday. Maybe the rain can help us grow even better food!

 

We here at SLU Connection never pass up a good meal, and Billiken Dining is making us TGIF.

Every Friday, weather permitting, they will have the grill fired up from 11:30-2 and the local produce sizzling. Hopefully the rain holds off, so get outside before the storm hits and try some tasty food! Students, faculty, and staff will be able to use cash, credit, flex or billiken bucks!

Friday’s menu is: ($6.29)

Choice of:

grilled low sodium chicken sausage, grilled moroccan spiced catfish or grilled lentil patties with moroccan spices

Served on:

pita bread with sauteed peppers & onions, feta cheese, creamy yogurt dressing

Accompanied by:

locally grown watermelon salad with fresh mint & balsamic syrup, house-made chips & ice cream treats!
