Now that you are back in the United States, are you missing the excitement and adventure of living abroad? Are you struggling to find ways to challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone back in Saint Louis? Are you longing for the independence and confidence you felt living in a foreign country?
Studying abroad can be a life changing experience, and we want to assure that you continue to make the most of your experience as you return home and resume life in the United States. Returning home is often both an exciting and difficult experience. The Study Abroad Office is hosting a session, this Wednesday, to help you embrace your new identity as a global citizen and readjust to life back in the United States.
This informal session hopes to provide an opportunity for you to share your experiences, gain some tips on reverse culture shock, and discover ways to continuously incorporate your study abroad experiences throughout your life back here in Saint Louis. This is another great opportunity to expand your global network and meet other returning study abroad students.
Your official semester abroad may be over, but your life as a global citizen is just beginning!
Please send a quick email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you can attend, so they may plan accordingly.
