The Billiken Club Named Best All-Ages Music Venue

l_55a3a0ffdd1eb42ad946e0583ea67446

The RFT just named the Billiken Club the best all-ages venue in St. Louis! That’s right, we have an award-winning concert venue right here in the BSC.

If you haven’t made it over to the Billiken Club, I highly recommend heading over there tonight and tomorrow night for a couple excellent shows.

Tonight, October 1, Or, The Whale will open for Joe Pug. Tomorrow, October 2, Sara Lov and Port O’Brian open for Sea Wolf. If you make it out to these you can talk about how cool you are later when these guys are playing at the Pageant.

As always, the Billiken Club is free and all ages. Check out their full schedule here.

On a related note, the best songwriter in St. Louis works in the BSC and teaches Education. Our own Chris Grabau won the RFT’s nod as best songwriter. Way to go, Chris!

We visited the SLU 101 Campus Resource Fair today to meet the new students that will be joining our community this fall. The fair is a chance for new students and their families to learn more about the different student groups and student services here at SLU. Check out some photos of the event below.
