SLU Global Outage Planned for Wednesday, April 20

To enhance performance and reliability, Information Technology Services (ITS) will be performing system maintenance from 10 p.m. – midnight, Wednesday, April 20.

During this maintenance window, SLU Global (Blackboard) will be unavailable. For questions or concerns, please contact the ITS Service Desk at 314-977-4000.

 

Banner Maintenance Scheduled for Sunday, April 17, 9AM-6PM

To enhance performance and reliability, information technology services will be performing maintenance to Banner services from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 17.

The impacted applications during this maintenance are listed below:

Access to mySLU and SLU Global will not be interrupted by this maintenance.  For questions or concerns, please contact the ITS Service Desk at 977-4000.

 

ITS System Maintenance Tomorrow, April 15, from 9PM-11PM

ITS is performing more system maintenance tomorrow, Friday, April 15. The maintenance will last from 9PM until 11PM. The following services may be affected: EHR Hyperspace, EHR MyChart, SLU Global (Blackboard), and the slu.edu web pages. Users may experience intermittent service interruptions.

Help ITS Determine Their Hours of Operation

The Student Service Desk and the Tech Service Center just celebrated their one year anniversary of operation (happy birthday!). The center has helped over 10,000 customers and has answered 15,000 phone calls in the one year alone. In other words, they get stuff done.

But they want to make sure that they get stuff done the best way that they can. One way to do that is to determine the best hours of operation. Your feedback is important to them in their decision-making process, so they’re asking students to complete this quick survey.

Wireless Outage Planned for Tonight (April 8)

 

Tonight, Friday April 8, ITS is updating the wireless network to enhance performance, security, and reliability. The maintenance will take place from 7PM-11PM. This means that you might experience network outages on both the Frost and Medical campuses. For questions, contact the ITS Student Service Desk at 314-977-4000, opt 2.

The hours for the ITS Student Service Desk are below.

Sunday 2pm – 11pm

Monday – Thursday 7am – 11pm

Friday 7am – 5pm
