Here’s the weekend weather brought to you by David Koeller. Shouldn’t you be in the library studying for midterms anyway?
TweetDavid brings us the weather for what we know to be an awesome weekend.
TweetCloudy skies and cool temperatures will be the rule on Saturday. Low pressure to the north will continue to send low clouds out way, but high pressure building in in the afternoon should help to scour out some of the clouds and bring some lighter winds. Sunday should see more sun with slightly warmer temperatures.

Come to the Billiken Club in Salsarita’s on Tuesday, September 1 and see what SLU-TV is all about.

TweetSecretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon visited Saint Louis University last month to discuss global food security. While here he addressed the world food crisis and the plight of those he calls the “bottom billion”
“Some 1 billion of the world’s people — I call them the ‘bottom billion’ — live on less than $1 a day,” he said. “Two billion live on less than $2 a day. That means that one third of world?s people live on less than $2 a day. Many, if not most of them, are children. Hunger and under-nutrition are their overwhelming daily reality.”
