Meet the Artist – Yingxue Zuo

All you avid SLU Connection readers might recall the post about Yingxue Zuo’s Blend of Styles exhibit in the Saint Louis University Museum of Art. Well, tomorrow (April 28) beginning at 5PM, the museum will host a reception featuring the artist himself, Yingxue Zuo. Food and drink will be provided. The museum is very excited about this event, and had this to say:

Mr. Zuo will be in-gallery to meet our guests and discuss his inspiration and the plein air style used in his paintings of rural and industrial Chinese landscapes. Also included in the exhibition are sketches; oil paintings; woodblock prints; and Chinese ink paintings.

Please R.S.V.P. to Mary Marshall at marshamc@slu.edu or call 314.977.2666.
