Student Life Invites You to Nominate Students and Organizations for the Leadership and Service Awards

Note: these are not the Leadership and Service Awards.

The Leadership and Service Awards are upon us again. Nominate your favorite student or organization at the website given below. Todd Foley from the Department of Student Life has provided this description:

The University has begun accepting nominations for the 19th annual Leadership and Service Awards Ceremony. The event, to be held on Thursday, April 15, 2010, at 6:30 pm, recognizes outstanding student leaders, advisors, and organizations for their contributions to Saint Louis University and the surrounding community.

We encourage you to nominate your own student organization, an advisor that has made a significant impact in your life, and any other students you know that you feel are well deserving of recognition for the outstanding work they have been doing this year.

All nominations are now being accepted online at http://www.slu.edu/x28620.xml. Once online, you’ll be able to nominate fellow students for Individual Awards or nominate a student organization for Organizational Awards. We also encourage you to nominate your staff or faculty advisor for the Outstanding Advisor Award. You can also find descriptions of all the awards on this website as well.

Nominations are due by 5:00PM on Friday, March 5, 2010. We thank you in advance for allowing us to recognize those in the Saint Louis University community who serve others. If you need additional information please contact the Department of Student Life at (314) 977-2805 or tfoley1@slu.edu.
