Study Abroad Deadline Friday

Embrace an adventure, live a different culture, learn a new language, travel the world, and become a global citizen!

This spring 2012 semester, there are over 230 undergraduate SLU students studying abroad in 13 different countries. From Ecuador to Thailand, SLU students are exploring the world and spreading our Billiken spirit! Students may choose from the over 30 SLU-Approved programs in 24 different countries, including our very own Saint Louis University campus in Madrid, Spain.

Please note that the fall 2012 study abroad application (for places other than Madrid)deadline is Friday, March 9, 2012!

If you have not yet started the application process and are interested in studying abroad this fall, please contact the Study Abroad Office today to begin the application process!

SLU Visa Service Deadline: April 11
(You must have a valid passport, apply and be formally accepted to the Madrid program prior to submitting your visa application materials.)
Summer Session I: April 30, 2012

Learn More About SLU Study Abroad

Students interested in studying abroad through any of the Saint Louis University-approved programs should stop by the study abroad table from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, in Busch Student Center. Come get information about all the programs and find out important dates and deadlines.

Marketing Your Study Abroad Experience

Going abroad is a lot of fun; new experiences, new friends, new perspectives, new skills. But how exactly is studying abroad helpful to you in the real world?

Attend the Marketing Your Study Abroad Experience session on Thursday, November 17th to learn how your new skills will give you an edge at SLU and when you begin the search for future jobs or graduate programs. The session is sponsored by the Office of International Services and will occur at 3:30p.m. in the International Student Lounge in Des Peres Hall, room 108.

Spring 2012 Study Abroad Application Due This Friday, October 14

My fellow SLU students! A friendly reminder: the application for studying abroad in the Spring 2012 semester is due this Friday, October 14, 2011.

This fall 2011 semester, there are over 175 undergraduate SLU students studying abroad in 13 different countries.  From Ecuador to Thailand, SLU students are exploring the world and spreading our Billiken spirit!  Students may choose from the over 30 SLU-Approved programs in 24 different countries, including our very own Saint Louis University campus in Madrid, Spain.

Rome Study Abroad Information Sessions

For a short time only a representative from the John Felice Rome Center (JFRC) will be on campus, brought to you by the Office of International Services. If you have any interest in studying abroad in Rome you should try and attend at least one information session this Wednesday or Thursday, September 28-29.
